Shipments and returns

Your shipment

Packages are generally dispatched the same day of receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEx with tracking and drop-off with signature. If you require you product NEXT DAY please contact us after checkout preferably before 3pm and we will endevour to deliver NEXT DAY. We will also provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, where transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


We will only accept no quibble returns within 14 days of you recieving our item.

If the item purchased was new and you have opened it or used it, we will not accept it back unless it is faulty, after 14 days any faulty New items must be returned to manufaturer, you must check if an item is under manufaturers warranty before purchasing, some of our New items may be old stock and not currently supported.

Will I be refunded any return postage costs?

We'll refund your return costs, up to our standard delivery option cost, if:

  • you received an incorrect item
  • you received a damaged item
  • you received a defective item
