Shipments and returns

Your shipment

Packages are generally dispatched the same day of receipt of payment and are shipped via chosen courier with tracking and drop-off with/without signature. If you require you product NEXT DAY please contact us after checkout preferably before 2pm and we will endevour to deliver NEXT DAY. We will also provide you with a link to track your package online.

Most orders will be processed and delivered within 5 working days, if you have not received a despatch notification after 48hrs please get in touch incase theres a problem.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, where transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

We will only accept no quibble returns within 14 days of you receiving our item.

If the item purchased was new and you have opened it or used it, we will not accept it back unless it is faulty, after 14 days any faulty New items must be returned to manufacturer, you must check if an item is under manufacturers warranty before purchasing, some of our New items may be old stock and not currently supported.

Will I be refunded any return postage costs?

We'll refund your return costs, up to our standard delivery option cost, if:

• you received an incorrect item
• you received a damaged item
• you received a defective item
